If you’ve recently created a Twitter account, or if you’ve had one for a while but your feed has become a little stale, you might want to consider uploading your phone contacts to locate more people you know, to follow.
You enter a phone number, email address, or both when you create a Twitter account. As a result, when you sync your contacts, Twitter will display any accounts related to the emails or phone numbers on your phone, making it easier to find your pals. Twitter will be able to suggest people follow after your contacts are uploaded.
The following article is a brief about how to find contacts on Twitter.
